Grown on the slopes of Volcan Baru within the National Park of Boquete’s Highlands in Northern Panama, this coffee placed 14th in the Best Of Panama Natural coffee auction in 2020. The GN-14 is one of the most unique coffees we have tasted this year due to its growing conditions, varietal, processing and roasting methods. We are delighted to have secured a small amount of this exquisite coffee to share with coffee lovers of New Zealand.
Each bag of this coffee comes with its own booklet and infographic, providing information on the Geisha varietal, the unique history of Volcan Baru and the experimental processing method that the GN-14 has been through.
Roasted for both espresso and filter brewing, we think it tastes like Lime, Tangerine, Strawberry, Cherry and Jasmine.
